Ask in the consult. Concepts already in the draft make the topic specific. Claude distills a de-identified topic; Perplexity searches published sources. Identifiers are not sent.
The answer is published guidance with citations and a How to check this list. It is not a diagnosis and is not written into the note. You can keep a tracing or document beside the answer on this device — it is not uploaded.

Evidence & Reference
The Evidence & Reference tab looks up published guidance for concepts already in the note. Those lookups are recorded the same way as Ask Oli.
Reflect
Reflect is a Plus–Delta check against published sources for topics already in your draft. Plus lists documented items that match cited considerations; Delta lists other items those sources commonly cover, for you to accept or dismiss. It does not write into the note.
CPD record
Each successful literature lookup can appear on your CPD record. Hours count only after you write a reflection. Viewing time is measured while you read; you can change the minutes when you reflect.
The download is a statement of participation, not a certificate. Intelligent Consult is not an accredited CPD provider. Name and registration are as you entered them in Settings.
