OLI listens or takes dictation, then drafts. Your clinicians review and finalise. Notes copy into the clinical system you already use — not an EMR integration claim. Patients do not hold accounts. Clinicians must take every reasonable precaution not to capture identifiable details in the recording.

Where it runs

Primary application, database, and cache run in AWS Sydney. Audio and files are stored on Cloudflare R2 Oceania (Australia). Speech-to-text and AI drafting may process audio or text on provider infrastructure outside your country, under those providers’ contractual terms. We do not claim that patient data stays only in Australia.

Dedicated instance

Dedicated instance: on a signed agreement we can run a dedicated Intelligent Consult engine in your AWS account or a dedicated environment we operate. Speech-to-text and drafting still use contracted AI providers unless the agreement funds in-region inference. Azure and fully on-prem deployments are scoped per engagement.
