Free

Free for everyday use — up to 8 sessions a day. 60 sessions per month on free. Mic + call audio, templates, and Ask Oli are included on every live plan, including Free. Ask Oli looks up published criteria you apply — it is not a diagnosis, and answers are not written into the note.

Ask Oli is included on Free: published guidance with citations, dosing, handouts, referrals, and Reflect. It is not a diagnosis, and answers are not written into the note. We do not claim TGA approval.

Doctor in Training

Everything on Free, plus up to 20 sessions a day, 500 per month. Verified trainees.

Clinician

Everything on Free, plus unlimited sessions. Mic + call audio, templates, and Ask Oli stay included.

Practice seats

Every billed seat includes the same Ask Oli as Clinician. Practice seats are billed on Organisations — they are not a different product.

How sessions are counted

A consult unit is counted when you complete a session that consumes a consult. Resuming or continuing the same session (including after an upgrade) does not take another unit. Chat-revise does not consume an extra consult.

Hit a limit mid-consult?

If you hit a session limit mid-consult, your recording is kept. Upgrade, then continue the draft — nothing is discarded.
